Today's experience

Woah...Baru balik frm my taekwondo grading juz nw...goin 4 senior examination at Pandamaran B hall...it is a nice experience since i haven't broke any bricks n planks b4....at last i did it..

My hand was in great pain now...bt luckily i did it...

Broke each plank using a kick...
